Day 89: 100 Pots in 100 Days

Diary

An interesting but slow day today. I spent the morning photographing the pots that came out of the kiln on Sunday with the numbers linked to them so I can order them easily. Following this exercise I turned, numbered and photographed some recent pots and photographed a few pots that I have decorated over the last few days. I feel I have finally got the numbering system right at last.

I have a few photographs but my internet is so slow I am emailing them to myself. They will probably arrive later tomorrow! That is not a joke!!

I then threw a pot or two (two) I didn’t feel they were very good. I feel I am more focused on glazing and getting the stains and slips made so that I can decorate and finish the pots ready for the 16th. The studio is also very very very cold.

Finally I made kedgeree, sorted the files on my computer and am now about ready to sleep!
