Day 39: 100 Pots in 100 Days

So today we were at the Wiveliscombe Street Fair but in the Bear. People are interested in the 100 Pots in 100 Days but not sponsoring I wonder if glazing them and being able to show exactly what people could be winning might help?

Whatever – this will not happen this week and 10 Parishes takes up a lot of time. So very tired and very happy I must to bed. I will leave you with some pictures of the fair, a picture of the pot crown today and a goodnight wish that you all have a great sleep and wake up refreshed tomorrow.

Tomorrow I have a day off! I think I need it. My only job will be to throw a pot, blog and turn a pot.

The big news from today is that I lost a special piece of shammy leather and I thought it was in a clay bag. I looked through the entire bag only for my dad to find it in the place I keep it – where I had already looked!

What a life!!

Clay type: Toasted Stoneware

Turned and decorated

Decoration: Turned and then decorated on the wheel and with a tool that scratched the surface while leather hard. I think it looks like an acorn again.
